I practice a variety of verbal and expressive modalities, including traditional talk therapy, art therapy, Jungian sand play, and mindfulness, all of which are tools for self-expression, empowerment, understanding, and healing.

It is my job to support you in the pursuit of a happier, more fulfilled existence and it’s an honor to accompany you on this path. Our work together will depend on your individual history, process, and goals, and each client’s experience in therapy is unique.

Many of my clients find me because they’ve tried other types of therapy (with varying degrees of success), and want to experience something different. Others have watched their friends effect positive change and are ready to see if their own worlds can feel more full and vibrant, and still others are simply curious about the kind of work that I do.
